Shipping & Returns
We offer free worldwide shipping on all Canvas Reflections canvas orders.
The price you see on the product page includes standard shipping, so no extra standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Each artwork is printed to order and shipped directly to you from our print production partner. Where possible, your order may be produced and shipped from a production location close to your delivery address.
Delivery times vary depending on your country, location, production time, and local courier services. Estimated delivery information will be provided during the order process or after your order has been confirmed.
For multi-panel artworks, panels may occasionally be shipped in more than one package.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is already in production, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Tracking
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, we will provide tracking details where available.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch. Please allow time for the courier system to update.
Customs, duties and local taxes
Where possible, orders are produced locally or regionally. However, some orders may still be shipped internationally.
Depending on your country and the shipping route, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been included at checkout.
Canvas Reflections is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid import charges.
Order changes and cancellations
Because our products are made to order, production may begin soon after your order is placed.
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to help, but once your order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel it, change the artwork, change the size, change the number of panels, or update the delivery address.
Please carefully check the following before placing your order:
- artwork selected
- delivery name
- delivery address
- email address
- phone number, if required for delivery
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been produced or shipped, a replacement order may need to be placed at the customer’s cost.
Returns
Made-to-order products
All Canvas Reflections products are printed on demand specifically for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- choosing the wrong artwork
- entering an incorrect delivery address
- slight colour differences between screen display and printed canvas
- customer-supplied images that were approved before printing
- custom artwork orders after proof approval
Every screen displays colour differently, so printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
Custom artwork orders
For custom artwork, we prepare your image and provide proof/mockup images before printing.
Once you approve the final proof and the order is sent to production, the order is treated as final and cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof.
Please review custom artwork proofs carefully before approval.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We want you to be happy with your canvas. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- your order number
- your name and email address
- a clear description of the issue
- photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- photos of the outer packaging
- photos of any internal packaging or protective inserts
- a photo of the shipping label, if available
We need these photos so the issue can be assessed and reported to our production and shipping partner.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
Lost orders
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
For orders that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Returned-to-sender orders
Orders may be returned to sender if:
- the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect
- the customer does not collect the package
- the customer refuses delivery
- the courier cannot complete delivery
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed collection, or refused delivery, a replacement order may need to be placed at the customer’s cost.
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered where required by law or where an order is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, lost, incorrect, or unable to be fulfilled.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or customer ordering errors.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
