How It Works

1. Upload Your Image

Send us your photo or artwork using the form below. You can also tell us whether you are interested in a single canvas, two-panel design, or three-panel feature piece.

2. We Review and Enhance It

We check your image quality, shape, resolution, and suitability for canvas printing. Where possible, we enhance the image for clarity, colour, sharpness, and canvas presentation.

3. We Create Your Mockups

We prepare visual mockups showing how your image could look across:

  • 1 canvas panel
  • 2 canvas panels
  • 3 canvas panels

If your image is not suitable for larger formats, we will recommend the best option.

4. You Receive a Reference Number

We email your mockups to you with a unique reference number, such as:

CR-CUST-0001

You can then review the options before placing an order.

5. You Approve and Order

Once you choose your preferred design, we send you a secure checkout link or custom order invoice.

After payment and approval, your artwork is prepared for print and sent to production.

  • AI-generated artwork you have rights to use
  • photos of meaningful places or memories

For the best result, upload the highest-quality version of your image available.

Image Quality Guide

Large canvas prints need high-quality images. Some phone photos work beautifully, but very small, blurry, dark, or heavily compressed images may not print well at larger sizes.

For best results, please upload:

  • the original image file where possible
  • the largest version you have
  • images that are sharp and not blurry
  • images without screenshots, filters, or text overlays
  • images where the main subject is not too close to the edge

If your image is not suitable for a large multi-panel print, we may recommend a smaller canvas or single-panel option.

Custom Artwork Options

Single Canvas

A clean, simple statement piece using one canvas panel.

Best for portraits, pets, family photos, single landscapes, and images with one strong focal point.

Two-Panel Canvas

A split-panel design that creates a modern feature look.

Best for wide landscapes, ocean scenes, city views, and symmetrical images.

Three-Panel Canvas

A premium triptych-style artwork designed to make a strong impact.

Best for panoramic landscapes, beaches, mountains, sunsets, lakes, skylines, and wide scenic photos.

Before We Print

We will only send your custom artwork to production after you approve the final proof.

Please carefully check:

  • image crop
  • panel layout
  • orientation
  • number of panels
  • spelling, if any text is included
  • delivery details

Once approved and sent to production, custom artwork cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or changed unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof.

Copyright and Image Ownership

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for printing.

We cannot print copyrighted images, professional photographs, branded artwork, celebrity images, sports team logos, movie images, or other protected material unless you have the legal right to use them.

What Happens Next?

After you submit your image, we will review your file and email you with one of the following:

  • your custom canvas mockups
  • a recommendation on the best panel layout
  • a request for a higher-quality image
  • confirmation if the image is not suitable for printing
