What is Canvas Reflections?
Canvas Reflections creates premium, made-to-order canvas wall art inspired by the places people never forget — tropical destinations, iconic city skylines, large-scale statement pieces, and fully custom photo artwork. Every piece is printed to order once you purchase, so there's no old stock and every canvas is made specifically for you.
Do you keep artwork in stock? No. Every canvas is produced to order after you purchase, which is why we don't hold inventory. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

What sizes and panel formats are available?
Each Canvas Panel is 23.6" wide by 35.4" tall (60cm x 90cm)
We offer single-canvas, 2-panel, 3-panel, and larger multi-panel (4, 5, and up) formats depending on the piece. Multi-panel sets create a bigger, more premium visual statement and suit living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and larger wall spaces. Check each product page for the exact dimensions available for that design.
What is your artwork printed on, and how good is the print quality? Every panel is prepared at high resolution — 7168 x 10752px at 300dpi — so detail stays sharp even at large multi-panel sizes.
Will the colours match exactly what I see on screen? Every screen displays colour slightly differently, so printed colours may vary a little from what you see on your device. This is normal for all printed products and isn't considered a fault.
Custom Artwork
Can I turn my own photo into a canvas? Yes. Upload your photo, artwork, or design through our Custom Artwork page and our team will review it, enhance it where possible, and prepare mockups showing how it could look as a single canvas or across 2–3 panels.
What kind of images can I upload? Holiday and travel photos, landscapes, beach/lake/mountain/city images, pet photos, family images, personal artwork, AI-generated artwork you have the rights to use, and photos of meaningful places or memories.
What makes a good image for a large canvas? Large prints need high-quality source images. For best results, upload the original file if you have it, the largest version available, and an image that's sharp, not blurry, not screenshotted, and doesn't have the main subject cropped too close to the edge. If your image isn't suitable for a larger multi-panel format, we'll recommend a smaller or single-panel option instead.
What happens after I submit my photo? We review your image and email you with either your custom mockups, a recommended panel layout, a request for a higher-quality file, or confirmation if the image isn't suitable for printing. Approved designs are given a unique reference number (e.g. CR-CUST-0001) so you can track your order.
Can I make changes after I approve my proof? Please review your proof carefully before approving — crop, panel layout, orientation, number of panels, and any text — because once you approve it and it's sent to production, the order is treated as final and generally can't be cancelled, changed, or returned, unless it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof.
Can I upload copyrighted images, professional photography, or celebrity/branded images? No. By uploading an image you confirm you own it or have permission to use it for printing. We can't print copyrighted images, professional photographs, branded artwork, celebrity images, sports team logos, or movie images unless you hold the legal rights to them.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free worldwide shipping is included on every order. The price shown on the product page already includes standard shipping, so nothing extra is added at checkout.
How long does delivery take? Each artwork is printed to order and shipped from our print production partner, often from a location close to your delivery address where possible. Delivery times vary by country, location, and courier — you'll see an estimated delivery window during checkout or in your order confirmation. As a guide, our production and delivery partner typically delivers within 5–10 business days.
Will I get tracking? Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has been produced and dispatched. Tracking may take a little time to update after dispatch — this is normal.
I ordered a multi-panel set — will all the panels arrive together? Usually, but for larger multi-panel artworks, panels may occasionally be shipped in more than one package.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties? Possibly. We ship locally or regionally where we can, but some orders are still shipped internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are set by your country's authorities and are your responsibility unless already included at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Because production often begins soon after your order is placed, we may not be able to change the address, size, artwork, or panel count once production has started. Please double-check your delivery name, address, email, and phone number before you check out.
What happens if my package is returned to sender? Orders can be returned to sender if the address is incomplete or incorrect, the package isn't collected, delivery is refused, or the courier can't complete delivery. If this happens because of an incorrect address, failed collection, or refused delivery, a replacement order may need to be placed at your cost — so please make sure your details are accurate before ordering.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Can I return my canvas if I change my mind? Because every piece is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, choosing the wrong artwork, an incorrect delivery address you provided, slight colour variation between screen and print, or custom orders after you've approved the proof.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect? Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@canvasreflections.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, the outer packaging, any internal packaging, and the shipping label if available. We'll assess the issue with our production and shipping partner and arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate. Please hold on to the item and packaging until we've reviewed it.
My tracking hasn't updated / my order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or your order is past the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of that estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.
When are refunds given? Refunds are considered where required by law, or where an order is confirmed faulty, damaged, lost, incorrect, or unable to be fulfilled. Refunds aren't provided for change of mind or customer ordering errors. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and timing can vary depending on your bank or provider.
What are my consumer rights? Nothing in our policies limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If your item is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
What currencies can I shop in? You can shop in NZD, AUD, or USD — use the country/region selector at the top of the site to switch.
